Doug Macrae is a veteran technology entrepreneur whose career spans some of the most formative moments in digital entertainment and consumer media. While at MIT, he co-founded Cambridge-based General Computer and helped create the game that became Ms. Pac-Man, an iconic breakthrough in arcade history. He later founded VideoGuide, an early interactive television listings company that was acquired by Gemstar-TV Guide in 1996.

At Gemstar-TV Guide, Macrae went on to serve as chief technology officer, president of VideoGuide, a member of the board, and ultimately president of TV Guide Consumer Electronics, where he led the company's global consumer electronics business across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Beyond his achievements in technology, Doug has also served in marriage and family ministry leadership with Home Improvement Ministries, where he and his wife Julie have contributed as board members and speakers — bringing a rare combination of entrepreneurial insight, personal wisdom, and values-driven leadership.

At MIT CEOLAB Conference, together with his wife, Doug and Julie will share a unique perspective on "Money and Marriage" — an honest conversation about career, wealth, and partnership.

Le Diep Kieu Trang (Christy Le) is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and the founder of CEOLAB — a global community and YouTube platform for Vietnamese professionals. With a career spanning investment banking, McKinsey & Company, and senior leadership roles across global tech companies, she has built and scaled organizations at the intersection of technology, operations, and people.

She was Co-Founder, CFO, and COO of Misfit Wearables, a U.S.-based technology company acquired by Fossil Group for $260 million. She later served as Country Director of Facebook Vietnam, GoJek Vietnam and held executive leadership roles at Fossil Group US. Today, she runs Alabaster, a family office investing in early-stage "hard tech" companies with global, planet-level impact, and serves on Boards of technology companies.

Christy holds degrees from the University of Oxford and an MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Legatum Fellow. She founded CEOLAB to bring together Vietnamese professionals around the world through honest, high-quality conversations about careers, technology, and personal growth.

Neo Tran is a Partner at Kutak Rock Law Firm. He has primarily served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to state and local governmental entities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia across a broad range of public finance transactions.

He has also advised underwriters, lenders, investors, and rating agencies in connection with debt securities spanning multiple sectors, including affordable housing, renewable energy, transportation, healthcare, utilities, and other public infrastructure.

In addition, Neo brings extensive experience counseling and representing international companies and their U.S.-based subsidiaries in commercial disputes and on general corporate and transactional matters in the United States.

Anh Do is a Partner of Indus Capital, based in New York. She is the Head of Pharmaceuticals and Biotech investment. Ms. Do was named 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds 2020 by the Hedge Fund Journal in association with E&Y.

Ms. Do is a member of Morgan Stanley's Women's Investment Roundtable and serves on the Board of Vietnam Finance Society. Ms. Do joined Indus after graduating from college in 2006.

She grew up in Vietnam, studied A-levels in the UK and has a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Bowdoin College.

Dimitry Tran is US Radiology Business 40 under 40 winner (2025), Australia's multi-year Top 100 Innovators and TIME Magazine Most Innovative MedTech companies founder. He is passionate about improving healthcare.

With his brother, Dr. Aengus Tran, he co-founded Harrison.ai, a healthcare AI company with the goal of leveraging AI technologies to make healthcare better, faster, and cheaper globally by scaling medical predictions.

Dimitry co-founded the Centre for Healthcare Improvement Research (CHIR) — an NGO with 10,000+ members focusing on patient safety improvement, and the Australasia Social Impact Foundation — an Australian registered charity supporting orphanages for children with HIV/AIDS.

Dimitry held the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) designation, Executive MBA degree from the University of New South Wales, and Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. Dimitry graduated first in his class at Bond University, where he completed bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance and was the recipient of the Dean Scholarship and University Medal.

Nga Ho-Dac is an Associate Professor of Marketing at San Francisco State University, specializing in digital marketing, social media, and data-driven marketing strategy.

He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Utah, an MBA in International Business from the Asian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Vietnam National University. His research focuses on digital marketing, online customer behavior, and innovation, with publications in top-tier journals such as the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.

At San Francisco State University, Nga trains students to apply modern marketing tools — from search and social media to marketing automation — to acquire, retain, and grow customers in an increasingly data-driven world. He also led one of the earliest university partnerships with Marketo, helping position his program at the forefront of marketing automation education globally.

Beyond academia, Nga has worked extensively with industry, training executives from global companies including Nokia, Shell, Kimberly-Clark, Vietcombank, and Vietnam Airlines.

Tam Vu is the Thomas A. and Georgina Tugwell Russo 1977 Distinguished Professor in Computer Science at Dartmouth College and the Founder and Chairman of Earable Neuroscience, a deep-tech company building AI-powered wearables to enhance human cognition, sleep, and overall well-being.

A pioneer in earable computing, Tam introduced the concept of "earable systems" — a new class of devices that use the ear to capture high-fidelity physiological signals such as brain activity, eye movements, and muscle signals. His work has helped shape the future of human-computer interaction and health monitoring, influencing advancements across the technology industry.

Tam has held faculty positions at the University of Oxford and the University of Colorado. His research has resulted in more than 35 patents and numerous prestigious awards, including the Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship, NSF CAREER Award, Google Faculty Research Awards, and ACM Best Paper Awards.

As an entrepreneur, Tam built Earable Neuroscience from concept to a global organization with over 100 employees and more than $10 million in funding from leading investors such as Samsung Ventures and Founders Fund. The company's flagship product, FRENZ™, has received multiple international recognitions, including CES Innovation Awards, Red Dot Design Award, and MUSE Design Award. His work has been featured in major global media including BBC, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and NPR.

Trang started as an OB/GYN physician in Vietnam, driven by one conviction: that patients everywhere deserve safe, quality care — not just to be cured, but truly cared for — and that even in under-resourced settings, providers can deliver excellent care with the right tools and knowledge.

That belief brought her into research. She pursued graduate training in public health and epidemiology at the University of Illinois Chicago, and is now a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, working on a global project on people-centered care.

She also collaborates with colleagues and the Vietnam Viral Hepatitis Alliance on liver disease and care quality projects across Vietnam and internationally.

At MIT CEOLAB Conference 2026, she will offer a grounded perspective on the gap between clinical practice and research, between Vietnam and America, and between who you were trained to be and who you are becoming.

Minh-Tue Vo is an AI Engineer at Assembled, where he builds AI systems to scale and optimize human operations. His work sits at the intersection of machine learning, real-world deployment, and operational impact — bringing AI from research into production at scale.

He brings a decade of experience across leading technology companies, including Snorkel AI, MindMeld, Box, Microsoft, and Google, where he worked on problems ranging from conversational AI and cloud systems to large-scale machine learning infrastructure. Most recently, he was a Senior AI Engineer at Voxel51, focusing on data-centric computer vision.

Minh-Tue graduated from MIT with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and later pursued advanced AI training at Stanford University, where his research on transformer-based models for drug–drug interaction prediction received a best-paper award.

Beyond industry, he is also the founder of Nước Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to helping Southeast Asian communities adapt to climate change.

Danh Nguyen is a Senior Robotics Software Engineer (Perception) at Amazon Robotics, where he develops cutting-edge computer vision and AI systems powering next-generation robotic workcells in Amazon's fulfillment network. His work leverages state-of-the-art transformer-based models to enable machines to perceive, understand, and operate in complex real-world environments.

He brings deep expertise across robotics, wireless systems, and embedded software, with prior experience at Amazon Web Services and Qualcomm, where he contributed to technologies spanning computer vision retail systems (Amazon Dash Cart), 5G modem development, and large-scale wireless infrastructure.

Danh holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University, where his research focused on software-defined radio systems, spectrum sharing, and reconfigurable wireless architectures. His work combined advanced signal processing, hardware-software co-design, and real-time systems, contributing to both academic publications and patented technologies.

Duong Tran is a Staff Applied Scientist at Thumbtack, where he works on large-scale machine learning systems that power marketplace intelligence, ranking, and personalization.

He brings over a decade of experience in applied AI and data science across leading consumer tech platforms, including CarGurus, Noom, Viator, and TripAdvisor. His work spans core problems in modern machine learning — recommendation systems, search ranking, personalization, and multi-modal AI — serving products used by tens of millions of users globally. Prior to Thumbtack, he was a Principal Machine Learning Scientist at CarGurus, where he led efforts in multi-objective ranking and personalization for one of the largest automotive marketplaces in the U.S.

Duong holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, with a research focus on signal processing, remote sensing, and pattern recognition. He graduated with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University and also studied electrical engineering at INSA Lyon.

Jessie Nguyen is a Global Human Resources Business Partner at QIAGEN Digital Insights, where she works at the intersection of talent, strategy, and organizational growth within a leading global life sciences company.

With over a decade at QIAGEN, Jessie has held multiple leadership roles across talent acquisition and HR, including Global Executive Recruiting Lead and Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas. She has led hiring and talent strategy for highly specialized, global teams in molecular diagnostics, digital health, and biotech — partnering closely with senior leadership to build and scale high-performing organizations.

Prior to QIAGEN, Jessie spent seven years in executive search at HRnetGroup, one of Asia-Pacific's largest recruiting firms, where she advised companies and leaders across the region on senior talent and leadership hiring.

Nguyen Bac My Khe is an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management, where she serves as Co-President of the Southeast Asia Society and is also involved in Combat Robotics.

Before MIT, My Khe spent more than four years at Analysis Group as a Senior Analyst, using statistical evidence to support clients in high-stakes litigation. She later joined McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate, where she helped optimize supply chain operations for a leading consumer goods client. After graduating from MIT Sloan this summer, she will return to McKinsey as a full-time consultant.

Khue Nguyen is a Linear Rates Trading Analyst at Bank of America in New York, where she works in fixed income markets with a focus on rates trading.

She previously completed multiple internships at Bank of America across Sales & Trading, gaining hands-on experience in areas including FICC e-trading, capital and funding, and the central risk book.

Khue graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Business Finance and Data Science, where she was actively involved in finance and investment organizations.
